Existing within the fiercely competitive and dynamic Southern California casino industry, Pala Casino Spa & Resort turned to our agency when faced with the ever-growing challenge to cut through the clutter, present a modern brand image and amplify their reach among target audience members. Upon undergoing renovations, it was paramount that Pala drive an elevated brand experience and coherent brand strategy. Our team led a brand refresh, aiming to present an elevated tone and style, while maintaining a visual connection to Pala’s existing brand identity, starting with revamping their website.

We also developed a holistic and all-encompassing brand strategy ensuring multiple touchpoints across channels: print, radio, out-of-home, digital and sponsorship. Creating a media strategy to appropriately align with player demographics, we tapped into ethnic markets and developed a plan specifically targeting the Asian American market. All materials/content are adapted into four different languages.
